Get ready for spring and summer bicycling!
Ever want to be that kid in the neighborhood that the kids come to for help fixing their main source of summer transportation? Well, now is your chance to learn everything to know about repairing and refurbishing bikes.
The Beavercreek Parks, Recreation, and Culture Department is offering a Bicycle Maintenance Class for kids ages 12 and up.
Students will learn how to perform routine repairs and tune ups with instructors from K & G Bike Shops and Bikeway Advisory Committee.
Students are to bring their own bike to the class.
Participants under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
The class is scheduled for Monday, February 27 through March 20, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Beavercreek High School Commons.
The cost:
Residents: $12
Resident Family- $24
Non-residents – $15
Non-resident family – $30
