Looking for something for the kiddos to do during this nice weather to get them out of the house? What about packing up their favorite teddy bear for a teddy bear picnic in the park?
The Oak Creek South Park, located at 790 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Centerville will be hosting a Teddy Bear Picnic on Tuesday, April 11 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. for kids and adults of all ages. Okay, it might look a little funny if a 45 year-old man is alone with his teddy bear, but let’s think of the kids.
The event will feature craft stations, storytime, and food trucks for the purchase of supper or snacks. But, a picnic isn’t a picnic if you don’t bring your own food and a nice blanket to spread on the ground.
Let the kids mingle together in their imaginary world- where bears really do talk – and enjoy grown-up time either alone or with a loved one or friends under the shade of a nice oak tree.
