Catherine Campbell runs a faith-based, non-profit organization. The organization has 60 independent living apartment communities with more than 3,900 units in the Dayton area. This organization is designed to help the retired poor. It provides apartments at a 20-40% less rent than the market-rate apartments. The apartments are designed for seniors to have a safe, clean and appropriate living space. The space is designed to easily move around in wheelchairs, walkers, or other disabling needs.

This faith-based, non-profit organization offers health clinics and meeting rooms to help with social meetings. This program is for retired and seniors who like living on their own, but also, at times, might need assistance near. The program provides meal, health insurance, and utility assistance.
