Saturday, March 30th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., a local gym, 24-7 Gym and Fitness in Beavercreek, is celebrating its second year of offering health and fitness to its members and making an impact on the community in a positive way only small business owners, like Jason Lambert, can. That’s one of the many benefits of supporting small business owners in your community – they give back in ways that benefit everyone. This open house welcomes everyone.

“I’ve steadily built membership since opening and now have over 300 active members,” Lambert said. “The whole joining process is done online. Members can take a tour, get a free 7-day trial pass, view pricing, and join a membership, all on the website.”

Two years ago, Jason Lambert had a dream of opening his own gym. A gym with no pressure, no judgment, and one that was easy to use and utilize. A gym that was easy to access in a community, open all the time, and easy to come and go- a gym that provided everyone with the tools they need to succeed as far as fitness and nutrition. He succeeded and has created a place in Beavercreek that provides his members with just that.

I’m most proud that I’ve been able to keep attracting new people and provide a very convenient gym that members love,” he said. “We have made a lot of people happy.”

Unlike many large and franchised gyms, 24-7 Gym and Fitness in Beavercreek, offers a quiet outlet for fitness with gym members that are more than just members, they are family. The gym memberships will always be affordable to all and available to everyone that wants to focus on keeping healthy. He also focuses time in giving back to the community through collaboration with other business, fundraisers and other events.

“My goal is to keep growing and open more locations,” Lambert said. “To be the most convenient and affordable gym out there,”

Opening the gym has changed me a lot, it has made me look at things differently and opened my eyes to understanding things I don’t think you can fully understand until you have your own business. I have also gained a lot of confidence in myself from learning and growing and what I have been able to accomplish so far.
